Jessie Shao joined Orient Best upon her graduation from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2003. Suki Song graduated from Zhejiang University. She has both solid theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience in Auditing, Accounting, PRC Taxation and Financial Consultancy under the frameworks of US GAAP, China GAAP and IFRS.
She is in the position to render the SEC filings, SEC audits, and relevant consulting including but not only SOX 404 compliance and other related consulting service.
She is familiar with PRC and international accounting standards, tax regulations and advanced audit methodologies. She has around 10 years experience in preparing the audit in accordance with SEC requirements.
