Will Ye graduated from Shanghai International Studies University. Mr. Ye has been working in CPA firms since graduation in 2001. He worked for Ernst & Young, Shanghai for 3 years before he joined the current firm. With the 10 years experience in auditing industry, Mr. Ye participated in audits for companies publicly listed in the U.S. stock exchange markets, the China stock exchange market, and other audit or non-audit services for FIEs or private companies in China.
